Strengthening Regional Connections in Dementia Care: ASLI Visits Hovi Club Ulu Pandan

Strengthening Global Connections in Dementia Care: ASLI Visit to Hovi Club Ulu Pandan

At Hovi Care, we value meaningful exchanges and shared learning as part of our mission to improve care for seniors and persons living with dementia.

We were delighted to welcome representatives from ASLI, the Association of Senior Living Indonesia, to Hovi Club Ulu Pandan for an insightful and inspiring visit.

The visit provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on the senior care landscape in Singapore and Indonesia and to explore approaches to community-based dementia care. Through open dialogue and firsthand experience, our guests learned how Hovi Care supports seniors in living meaningful, dignified lives in the community.

During the visit, discussions focused on:

• The unique characteristics of Singapore’s senior care ecosystem

• The growing importance of community-integrated dementia care

• Hovi Care’s person-centred approach to supporting seniors and their families

We were honoured to receive kind words from Mr Herman Kwik following the visit:

“We all gained valuable insights from your sharing about the Singapore elderly care landscape. We also truly appreciate learning about Hovi Care’s role in serving seniors with dementia in the community.”

Such feedback reinforces the importance of collaboration and shared learning in addressing the common challenges of ageing populations. By learning from one another, organisations like Hovi Care and ASLI can continue to improve care models across the region.

We look forward to exploring continued collaboration with ASLI and its network of senior living leaders.
