Day Care for Elderly at Orchard: A Senior Care Centre for Wellness and Joy
Hovi Club Orchard provides a welcoming and secure environment for seniors located within Camden Medical, Orchard Boulevard. As a premier senior care centre, our mission is to bring comfort, engagement, and wellness to our seniors.
At our Day Care for Elderly at Orchard, we offer diverse activities that support physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing. In addition, all activities follow Hovi Care’s Nordic-inspired, person-centred care model.
Our services support older adults with a wide range of care needs. For example, we offer specialized programs for dementia care and cognitive rehabilitation.
These programs support individuals living with dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or Alzheimer’s disease. As a result, seniors receive personalized care that promotes independence, engagement, and quality of life.
Comprehensive Programs for Senior Engagement
At our Senior Day Care, we focus on creating a joyful and active experience for every client. To support this goal, we offer cognitive rehabilitation, dementia screening, and personalized care services. As a result, families trust us to provide high-quality dementia day care.
Through our structured programs, clients participate in activities that strengthen cognitive abilities and social skills. In addition, these activities support overall wellbeing and encourage meaningful engagement.
Furthermore, our home care services help seniors continue their rehabilitation at home. This approach provides continuity of care while supporting comfort, independence, and quality of life.
Small Groups. Personal Attention. Meaningful Engagement.
Unlike many larger day care centres, Hovi Club Orchard intentionally keeps activity groups small. This allows our care team to spend more meaningful time with each senior, understand their preferences, and adapt activities to their individual abilities and interests.
Smaller groups also create a calmer environment where seniors feel comfortable participating, building friendships, and maintaining their confidence and independence.
At Hovi Club Orchard, every senior is known as an individual—not just as part of a group.

Internal Auditing
Internal auditing takes place in Hovi Care units and across Hovi Group at least once a year. Furthermore, audits are conducted before the annual management review, as specified in the Annual Plan.
These internal audits evaluate compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the Hovi Care Handbook. In addition, auditors assess whether operations meet defined objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Hovi Care management team conducts audits according to a structured annual auditing plan.
To ensure consistency, each unit’s management team prepares an audit plan for every operational area.
The plan specifies the audit scope, required documentation, and designated auditors. Moreover, auditors work in pairs and follow a pre-approved audit programme. Before the audit, the auditing team prepares questions and agrees on the schedule and audit content. Afterward, the team completes a summary report outlining the audit findings.
The report is submitted to the unit’s Quality Control Manager or Hovi Group’s Quality Control Manager. In addition, the report highlights strengths, identifies deviations, and recommends areas for improvement. As part of our commitment to quality management and continuous improvement, audit findings support ongoing service development.
Notably, Hovi Club Orchard received a Gold Certificate in November 2025, demonstrating its commitment to quality care and operational excellence.
